Dreamy Raspberry Almond
If you love Raspberries, this is a great Superfood Smoothie for you. It's sweet, dreamy and delicious all at once. This is a great smoothie to make just because, or before and after workout. Try it out and let me know what you think. Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup Medjool dates, pitted (about 3-4 large fruits)
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 tablespoons acai powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tablespoon honey for sweetener
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Taste, and sweeten to desired taste.
Note: To add a superfood boost, use dried mulberries in place of Medjool dates.
