Orange Goji/Banana Smoothie

It's a brand new week, which means a brand new smoothie! This particular is one of my favorites because it reminds me of Winter and Spring together. It's vibrant and just smells like energy! Try this Orange Goji/Banana Smoothie before or after a workout and the energy will just burst through your pores. (Not Literally 😋) Ingredients

  • 2 peeled, deseeded chopped Oranges
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1/3 cup dried Goji Berries
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds (optional,to slow down the release of fruit sugars into the bloodstream. Promoting Energy

Directions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Taste, then adjust sweetness.

Note: To sweeten, always use natural sweeteners like honey, agave, etc.
