So7 Very Berry Smoothie

Spring is in the air and I smell berries! I love all types of berries, that's why this superfood smoothie is great because it's a very berry smoothie! Try this smoothie recipe out and get creative with it! Ingredients:

2 cups fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries) 3 scoops of yogurt (vanilla, plain, or fruit flavored) 5-6 spinach leaves ½ banana ½ cup cranberry juice ½ cup of almond milk pinch of chia seeds honey for sweetener ice

Directions: Blend all of the ingredients together and sweeten to taste. (If any is needed) Note: Always blend in this order: Base, Bulk, Powders, Liquid. Ice Should either go first or last.
